The Explore websites give a clearly marked direct link to the advertisers own website where extra details can be found. We also give contact details, so if you can?t find the info needed, just pick up the phone and give them a quick ring, all our advertisers are happy to deal directly with their potential customers.
Can I make an enquiry without obligation?
Of course, simply fill in the on-line enquiry form on the Explore site or follow the links to that properties own website where many have availability charts etc.
I don?t know the area, can you recommend somewhere?
Because we restrict numbers on our sites, we are in a position to offer a better service than many alternative sites. Ring Jenny on 01900 823303, tell her what you are looking for and she will be happy to direct you to areas and properties which will suit your needs.
Who do we pay?
Booking and therefore payment are all handled directly with your chosen accommodation provider, and they will give you full details and terms.

Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden extras the price quoted covers the annual subscription from the date going live on the website for one full year. We do offer featured properties of the month on a month by month basis, speak to Jenny on 01900 823303 for full details
Are there any different entry levels or packages?
There are no complicated divisional levels on our website, as we restrict numbers in each category every property advertised will have a prime position on the first page
Do we have to fill in lots of complicated forms etc?
NO! absolutely not. You will need to fill in one simple booking form which we will e-mail to you. If you give us permission to lift information and photographs from your existing website then we will do the rest, the IT Department will contact you when the webpage has been built to check details etc. Please note that our site uses top quality images so it may be necessary to ask you to supply images in their original format rather than to lift them from existing website.
How do I monitor the success of the site?
A percentage of your enquiries will come directly to you by e-mail under the Explore enquiry system, however, as we give customers clear links to your own website most follow this route to get extra information and therefore tend to use your own enquiry system. To get a true representation of the success of our site ask your website provider for referral statistics from Explore. And of course, remember to ask telephone enquiries ?where they found you?
How do we renew our subscription
Approximately two weeks before the end of your year with Explore, we will contact you by e-mail, giving a breakdown of visitors to your webpage etc. If we don?t hear from you it will be assumed that the subscription is to be renewed and an invoice will be sent out.
